Thank you for choosing the Lexvision LV-760 — a beam/wash moving head with 7 powerful RGBW multichip LEDs, motorized zoom, color temperature control, color macros and optional wireless DMX transmission.

This document covers installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Read the manual in full — especially the Safety Information chapter — before first use, and keep it with the unit.

The LV-760 is built for indoor use (IP20). The fixture is Protection Class I and must be operated grounded.

Chapter 01

01Safety Information

Read this chapter fully before first use.

Warning — Hazardous VoltageTouching live parts risks a dangerous electric shock. The fixture is Protection Class I and must be operated grounded. Electrical connection only by qualified personnel.

After temperature changes (e.g. after transport), let the unit reach room temperature before switching on — condensation can damage it.
Some smoke or smell may occur at first start-up — this is normal and not a defect.
Do not project the beam onto combustible materials. Keep at least 50 cm distance from walls for airflow.
A damaged power cable must be replaced only by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified personnel; handle the cord only by the plug.
The mounting point must hold at least 10× the fixture's weight; always add a secondary safety cable.
Replace lenses if damaged or severely scratched.
Operate only by qualified personnel familiar with the fixture.

03Power & DMX Connection

3.1Power Connection

3.2DMX512 Connection

3-pin XLR connector: pin 1 ground, pin 2 DATA−, pin 3 DATA+. Connect fixtures only in series.

Fit a 120 Ω termination resistor at the last fixture in the chain to prevent signal reflection.
Optional: wireless DMX (W-DMX/LumenRadio) can be enabled via the menu.

Chapter 04

04Mounting & Installation

Mount preferably outside walking paths, seating areas, or areas accessible to unauthorized personnel.
The mounting surface must hold a minimum point load of 10× the fixture's weight.
Always secure installation with an appropriate secondary safety cable.
Never stand directly below the fixture during mounting, removal or servicing.
Minimum distance to combustible materials (decoration, etc.): 0.5 m.
Secure the omega clamp to the truss with an M10 screw through the center hole; attach the safety cable to the designated rigging point — never to a carrying handle.

Chapter 07

07Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Check screws regularly for tightness and corrosion.
Check housing, lenses and mounts for deformation; moving parts must show no wear or imbalance.
Check power cables for damage, material fatigue and deposits.
Clean inner and outer lenses weekly; clean fans weekly.
Have a detailed electrical check performed by a qualified electrician every three months.
Clean only with a moist, lint-free cloth — never use alcohol-based solvents.

Disconnect from Mains before MaintenanceNo serviceable parts inside. Repairs only by the manufacturer or an authorized service partner.
